EduTech Monitor (EMonitor) is operated by Sajre Edutech Private Limited. You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time, using either route below — no app install needed.

How to request deletion

Through your school (fastest)
Ask your school administrator to delete your record, or the record of the student/parent/staff account concerned. Schools manage the data they collect.

Directly to us
Email [email protected] from your registered email or phone, with:

Your name, and your role (parent / student / teacher / staff / admin)
Your school's name
Your registered mobile number
What you want deleted (your whole account, or specific data)

We verify your identity before acting, and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted, and when

Once verified, your account and associated personal data are removed from active use and permanently purged within 90 days (the window lets your school recover data if the request was a mistake).

For legal and audit integrity, a limited set of records — fee receipts, donation records, and consent logs — are retained for up to 1 year as disclosed in our Privacy Policy, then purged. These are never used for any other purpose.

Because EMonitor is used by schools, student/parent/staff data is usually controlled by your school (the Data Fiduciary). Where that applies, we coordinate your request with your school so it is honoured correctly.
